The caster calls upon the sea God to send the Kracken to smite tose who have done wrong in his eyes. Two giant Kracken tenticles lash out from behind the caster, striking the target. If the Target passes the save he take 4 points of damage of through magical damage to every location. If he fails the save then he and all things on him are dragged to the depths of the Sea Gods domain never to be seen again (DEATH no option of a soul combat)
