Pre-History and the Cataclysm

407 BC

First settlement by Purebloods called Aberddu, a small fishing village on the north shore of the river Ddu. This is part of the kingdom of Barclaria, One of the ‘middle kingdoms’. Elves remain on the wooded hills of the south shore.

The Cataclysm.

Some 1100 years ago the world was devestated by the Great Cataclysm. Nations fell and fire rained down from the heavens, forever changing the face of the world.

Some say it was caused by a great war between vastly powerful nations, or perhaps even that the Gods grew angered with mankind and decided to punish them. No one is sure.
