Biography

Pepper was born Scythe. She comes from a family of warriors. Her brother Maul is a warrior, her dad Maul was a warrior, her grandad Maul was a warrior, and her great-grandad Maul was a warrior. Every firstborn son in Pepper's family is named Maul and trained from the earliest possible age to be a warrior. All other children are also forced to train to be a warrior. However, Pepper refused point blank to do any of this training at all. She has always wanted to be a mage, specifically a Necromancer and always hated her name Scythe. So she started calling herself Pepper. As she got older she went out and sought teaching from Scwelch. Her family greatly disapproved of this, however when the God-King Al'Rakhim's sandstorm wreaked destruction in Greenland Pepper's parents were killed. Now Pepper has left home to lead a new life as 'Pepper' and has gone to Aberddu to join the Adventurer's Guild where she thinks people might be a bit more accepting.
As a present for Pepper's 16th birthday Baralis Severance arranged for her to be apprenticed to Mordocai the Heartless, a high level necromancer of the Mages Guild.
Pepper was a member of the Cult of Woden, led by Herne. However, when she found out they were worshipping a demon she jumped ship and told Reet about it all. Soon after she got tricked into a trap by Herne, who along with Merrick tried to kill her. Luckily Vilet had been regularly casting Mind Link on Pepper. So Pepper called for help and was saved by Vilet and Reet. Talk about the Cult and Pepper's involvement in it got out, and Pepper was taken to the Amroth Temple to be cleansed, whilst others went off to kill Herne, who had escaped, and Woden. Since all of this Pepper has had recurring nightmares of Herne and Merrick trying to kill her and of the flagellation she received in the Amroth Temple.
Recently Pepper has started dating a lovely half-troll shaman called TiiG Troglodyte.
During the Aragonese invasion of Aberddu Pepper was obliterated by a couple of fireballs, leaving her as one of the many dead in the Mages Guild.
