Nipponese

The Nipponese are fearsome warriors, and have, over the centuries, refined their abilities to the stage where they can unleash the power of their spirit in combat. Some say that this race is a variation of pure-bloods, who after centuries of isolation on the Isle of Nippon have somehow changed and gained arcane knowledge of the Soul. The one thing which is certain is that Nipponese have a pathological racial "fear" of the Elven Races, as their history records that they wiped out all the "Demon-creatures" (presumably elves) from Nippon when the first arrived on the Isle. Hence Nipponese tend to wander around with iron weapons.

The Nipponese left their island home and traveled to the nearby mainland Kingdom of K'chon, where despite having suffered terrible losses in the voyage over they manage to wage a succesful war on the natives, and now own most of the kingdom. No-one is entirely certain of the avarage life-span of this race, as few ever leave their home, and it is impolite to ask "one's" age in their society.
