Even though Knowledge perished to Keesoth during the God Wars, in 1102 ac, the temple of Knowledge in Aberddu remains active.
The four pillars of Knowledge that form the mainstay of the teachings are this:
Curiosity
Learning
Recording
Recall

although they have other names too.

The Temple in Aberddu was the home of the Brothers of Erudition, an order of learned brothers dedicated to the written recording of history. The Temple itself is the home of the most extensive library in Aberddu and possibly even the Western part of the Continent.

When the Brothers discovered that their God had perished they closed the Temple gates to the public, bolting themselves in for a year and a day, refusing outside provisions or assistance. This test of faith ended during the summer of 1103 ac, when after the agreed period the City Council opened the gates. Most of the brothers were found to be starving but still alive.
