Clan Boar

Clan Boar holds territory on the borders with Tartaria. It has had a less than distinguished past, the clan producing only one notable offspring - Dreg of the adventurers guild. Treated a little as an outsider, Dreg the half troll had been the favourite of the now deceased Clan Cheiftain Keldevar, who was impressed by his fury, courage and tenacity, qualities he had felt lacking in his own people.

At the end of the 5 year promise, the Clan whose lands bordered on to those of Clan Stonesnake were subdued and some would say weak. When the old cheiftain passed in 1107ac there were as few as 50 tartars left in the Clan. The new Cheiftain has pushed this weary Clan forward into greatness. They have begun to hold their own in battle and to stand up to Stonesnake hunters who seek to kill their sacred boar. Now a predominantly matriachal clan (not unusual as women have equal status with men in Tartar society) they move from strength to strength.
