An Oath to Armoth

Note: The following prayer was written for a friend, after hearing many prayers to Amroth I realised they lacked imagination, thought and most importantly spirit. This was my gift to her to help her serve her goddess better.


[in Dwarven the phrase "Honour and duty!"] Victory or death (both of these phrases are shouted)

It is these words that bind me to my Goddess. For they are the most sacred and fundamental of truths to any warrior of Amroth.

I give my flesh and blood freely to the defender. I am the instrument of my lady's desire. I am a weapon of my lady's command.

From this moment until the end of days I live and die - For AMROOOOTH! ("for Amrooooth!" is shouted)
